凯瑟琳·乔维特 is Head of 可持续性 for LaSalle Global Solutions. She has extensive experience in both sustainability 和 the indirect market 和 is currently responsible for monitoring Environmental, Social 和 Governance for unlisted, listed 和 co-investments for the Global Solutions team.
In her previous role, Kathleen spent over five years as a fund manager where she covered a variety of real estate structures 和 managing separate accounts 和 fund vehicles for government 和 corporate pension schemes. Kathleen’s career in Real Estate began in 2009.
Kathleen is actively involved in industrywide bodies 和 initiatives including Chair of the AREF ESG 和 Social 影响 澳门黄金城赌城 Committee, Chair of the GRESB Foundation Board 和 AREF Management Committee. Previous positions include elected Chair of the GRESB Advisory Board (2017-2022) 和 GRESB Advisory Board member (2010-2022). She holds an Honours Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Toronto, Master of Science in Real Estate from CASS Business School in 伦敦 和 holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK.
